We will endeavor to send complete orders within 7 days of an authorized purchase.
If we experience problems with your order we will email you with our query and if necessary suggest a replacement.
If any of our products should be out of stock and we cannot dispatch within 7 days we will advise you of time delay or suggest an alternative.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of your details are correct at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.

Should you require to Return or Exchange your product you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods stating your reason for return.
We will not accept returned goods that are soiled or have been washed.
We take no responsibility for damages caused through postage.
We do not store any credit card or bank details.

Returns & Exchanges
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us within 7 days stating what the issue is on info@swag.co.nz
We will either suggest an alternative or refund your monies.
In the event we replace your goods we will not re charge you postage.
Be aware Pay Pal may charge a small fee for refunding monies
No refund will take place until the returned goods are received
